Out of school hours care (OSHC)
Our OSHC service is operated by the school’s governing council and is available for children aged 3.5 to 12 years. It runs before and after school, on pupil free days and during school holidays. The service follows the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place Framework, ensuring a responsive and supportive environment tailored to each child’s needs.
At TTGOSHC, children interact with friends, learn life skills, solve problems and try new activities, including:
- arts, crafts, cooking, science experiments, group games and imaginative play
- outdoor games and physical education
- excursions and incursions during school holidays.
All Activities are child-led and responsive to their interests, needs, and developmental stages.
Children are provided with breakfast at before school care until 8am and a snack at after school care.
How to book
All bookings are made via our Fullybooked website.
Families are responsible for maintaining their accounts. Bookings can be made up to:
- 15 minutes before a session (before and after school)
- 24 hours before a pupil free day or school holiday session
For bookings within these times, please contact us directly via the school number during term or the OSHC mobile during sessions and holidays.

Bookings and cancellations
Children without a confirmed booking cannot attend OSHC.
A standard booking is made:
- more than 48 hours before a session (before/after school)
- more than 5 days before a Pupil Free Day or school holiday session.
A late notice booking is made:
- within 48 hours of a session (before/after school)
- within 5 days of a Pupil Free Day or school holiday session
- incurs an additional fee of $5
Cancellations:
- cancellations made within 48 hours (before/after school) or within 5 days (PFD, holidays) will be charged at full price
- cancellations outside these times will not be charged.
